I'm Hungry Thanks Rick

I was watching the risotto video and I immediately started salivating. I could barely concentrate on what he was saying but it sounded surprisingly similar to French. I just got up to make a late dinner because I completely forgot to eat actually. The lilt in his voice is very pleasant but subtle compared to what I expected after your comment on authentic Italian sounding almost comical and over stressed. I'm about to watch the Two Greedy Italians while eating my dinner so hopefully it shouldn't be too painful to see all of that delicious cuisine dancing across the screen. We should do an extra credit day with Italian food. Just saying.
